JIMMY CRYSTAL REPLACEMENT POLICY
Jimmy Crystal of New York offers a lifetime warranty for the crystal workmanship only, if the crystals should come loose or lost, they will replace them at no charge. You are responsible for all shipping charges. If you should need a crystal replacement, you must email us and provide the date that you purchased the merchandise from shesprestige.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which we will provide to you.
We do not repair Jimmy Crystal products purchased at other retail stores.
 
 
 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted on defective items only.
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted if:
Products must be in their original packaging and in unworn condition.
 Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving and returned no later then 7 days of the date receipt.
When returning, you must be use a traceable carrier for we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  For your records, it is best to obtain proof of posting or courier service.
 
 * Non damaged items that are returned will be sent back to you.
 
*No refunds will be issued. Items will either be exchanged for the same item, similar item.

U.S. Domestic Mail – All items will be shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail

International Mail- In most cases all items will be shipped via U.S. Post Office First Class International Mail.

Insurance is optional on U.S. Parcels
